I began as an advisor in 2020 right before the pandemic hit and since then, I have been helping navigate my clients through the ups and downs that the travel industry has experienced. I want to create a space where clients feel that their ideas and needs come to fruition with ease and effortlessness.

When working with Balcer Travel Company, we get to know you, the client, as we know that not all trips are created equal and yours is unique to you! We believe that knowing our clients is one of the most important steps in the planning process.
We start with a complimentary consultation. This can be done via email or phone call and will give us the opportunity to review your inquiry form and most importantly, get to know each other! From There, if you decide we are a good fit, we begin the designing and editing of your itinerary.
We are available to you from the beginning of the planning process until you arrive back at home, and anything in between.
Fee Structure
Base Planning Fees start at $100
After initial inquiry and consultation, the fee structure will be discussed. You will receive our dedicated research, quoting service and final revisions with this fee.
Destination weddings, group, and foreign independent travel itineraries require a fee that is dependent on the complexity of trip.

Frequent traveler? Have us at your disposal as your concierge for unlimited travel.
*Please note, we do not book vacation home rentals.
