After you submit your inquiry form, we’ll schedule a complimentary consultation — either by email or phone — to review your travel goals, answer questions, and make sure we’re the perfect fit to plan your adventure.
2. Curate & Customize:
Once you’re ready to move forward, we begin crafting your custom itinerary. We handle the research, planning, and fine-tuning, ensuring every detail fits your vision — and that the process feels effortless for you.
3. Support Every Step of the Way:
We’re here for you from the very beginning of your planning journey until you return home — and every moment in between. If any unexpected changes pop up while you’re traveling, you’ll have a trusted advisor just a call away.
Fee Structure
Our base planning fees start at $100.
After your initial consultation, we’ll outline the specific fee for your trip based on its complexity. This fee includes dedicated research, customized quotes, and final itinerary revisions.
Specialty Travel:
Destination weddings, group travel, and custom foreign independent itineraries may require additional planning fees depending on the scope and detail of the trip.
Travel Memberships
If you’re a frequent traveler, consider enrolling in our Travel Membership program — offering unlimited access to our concierge planning services throughout the year.
Please Note: We do not book vacation home rentals (such as VRBO, Airbnb, etc.).
